Each plan includes a block of call time. Usage beyond that is billed at $0.12 per minute. For most small businesses, the included minutes cover all normal call volume.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no fees or penalties.

Transcripts are generated for every call so you have a full record of what was said. Audio recordings are available depending on your plan and configuration. You remain responsible for notifying callers as required by the laws in your jurisdiction.
